Fire Alarms
Dear Fullerites
As you are all aware, we have been having an increased number of fire alarms recently. The sub-wardens have advised that these were not false alarms, but they are real fire alarms caused by various triggers to the smoke detectors. The smoke detectors are very sensitive, so they are easily triggered by the burning of popcorn or smoke from hair dryers or stuffy rooms, etc.
Please mindful of things that may trigger the smoke detectors. Take the fire alarms seriously and follow the standard fire drill procedure because we will never know when there is a real fire and we don’t want to find ourselves in compromised situations.
