Fuller Morning Hike
Hello everyone
I hope you are all doing well and enjoyed your vacation.
Fuller Hall will be having a morning hike at Newlands Forest on the 9th of October 2021.
I want to invite all of you who would like to attend this hike. You will not only be hiking but spending time with your Fuller family. We will all meet at reception and walk to the hiking spot. The whole hike will take us a maximum of 2 hours and we should be back in time for lunch. Please pack a jersey in case it gets a bit cold during the hike, wear sunscreen or a hat to protect you from the sun. Bring water so you can stay hydrated. Wear comfortable shoes. If you have never hiked, please don’t worry the hiking trail is beginner friendly. We will all hike on our comfortable pace and we will make sure no one feels rushed.

Beach Clean-up
Hi Fullerites!
This Saturday, the 2nd of October, we will be having a Beach Clean-up. We will be doing this in collaboration with Clean C. We will leave Fuller at 9:30am and will be picked up from the beach at 11:30am. Please meet outside Fuller at 9:25am. This event is restricted to 20 people so make sure that you sign up on the google form below if you would like to attend. If you attend it is recommended that you wear clothes that are easy to move around in and bring water, sunscreen, and a hat. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Volunteering
We have an exciting collaboration with a NPO called Pantsula With A Purpose. They will be hosting a workshop this Saturday and I encourage you to volunteer to assist high school learners with their applications to various universities and bursaries. Volunteering your time for this workshop can make a substantial difference in the lives of these learners.

Fuller Hoodies
Greetings Fullerites,
I hope that you are all well and that you had a great vac. This is just a reminder that if you would like to purchase a Fuller Hall 2021 hoody designed by Asive Baleni and Faith Muzondo, please respond to the below google form.
Each hoody is R440. To confirm your order, you will have to pay a R50 deposit in cash on Saturday the 2nd of October at 10:00- I will be outside the DH. If you will not be available at that time to pay, please send an email to lflery001@myuct.ac.za so we can arrange another time. Thank you.
